For me, it is very important that the legacy of TOM HOUSE continues. As the title of this letter indicates, it was my first artist residency experience, and beyond empowering me as an artist and helping me believe in what I do, the most important thing is the human space: all the people I met during the residency—both the artists and those who keep the house alive. Because, after all, an open-door artists' house is a home, and the people who make everything work are its soul, the soul of this project that connects artists from all over the world and that, in my experience, I will keep in my heart. I feel that the angels city and that house offered me a suit of armor, not for fighting, but for confidence in my art. So thank you, and I hope everything continues just as I knew it, for a day when I come back to visit you.
