Hello,

My name is Sal Leon, and I currently serve as Mr. San Diego Leather 2026. I’m a tattoo artist with a deep appreciation for queer leather art and tattoo history.

I’ve volunteered with the Lambda Archives of San Diego and currently volunteer with the San Diego Leather History Project.

I believe Tom’s work and TOM House deserve to be preserved and protected so future generations can appreciate their historical and cultural significance. Queer leather art should never be forgotten, misinterpreted, or lost.

I’m here to listen, learn, and offer my support wherever I can. I hope to contribute in some small way to preserving TOM House.
