Why would you so thoughtlessly provoke such a large and loyal community? You disrupt the entire organization with no explanation?
Your statement on the web site simply lists your decisions.
Where is the list of issues that led you to the make the decisions you have made, and the thinking behind those decisions?
More importantly, how do your decisions align with:

This lack of transparency leads to suspicion of nefarious activities. We want reasons for your actions. Even if they prove to not be nefarious in nature, your actions so far indicate that you are NOT capable of living up to the mission as stated and do not deserve the support of the community.
Step up and explain yourselves. If you don't, we will come for you.
